1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which students may request a refund or cancel their enrollment in Educhithra’s online training programs.

2. General Refund Terms

  • By enrolling in any course or training offered by Educhithra, you agree to this policy.
  • All refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

a. Before Course Access Begins:

  • 100% refund if cancellation request is raised within 24 hours of payment and before course access (LMS credentials or materials) is provided.

b. After Course Access (within 3 days):

  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 calendar days of course access, subject to the condition that:
    • No more than 1 live session is attended, and
    • Less than 20% of recorded content is viewed.

c. No Refunds Will Be Provided:

  • After 3 days of course access
  • If more than 1 session is attended or >20% content accessed
  • For failure to attend sessions or complete the course
  • Due to technical issues on the user’s device/internet (not Educhithra’s responsibility)

4. Special Cases (if applicable)

Refunds will not be provided under these additional cases:

  • For downloadable material or bonus content
  • If a job/internship opportunity is not secured (unless explicitly guaranteed in writing)
  • For students removed for violation of Student Policy or Code of Conduct

5. Transfer to Another Batch

  • In case of genuine scheduling conflict, students may request to transfer to another batch within the first 7 days.
  • Transfers are subject to availability and Educhithra’s approval. No refund will be provided after transfer.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at: team@educhithra.com
 Include:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Course Name
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

Our team will verify eligibility and respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Policy Updates

Educhithra reserves the right to revise this policy. Updated versions will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.
